Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicants must have academic & practical experience in Textile/garment industrial, in-depth product knowledge in Woven products.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to communicate with overseas offices & Suppliers on development, bulk order related information, pending materials (Fabric & Trims) and support factories.
∎ Control records of materials (Fabric & Trims) according to their criteria in spreadsheet for future reference.
∎ To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
∎ Must be able to do open-costing and sourcing independently.
∎ To deal with our NY office independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Responsible for the coordination with Fabric Mills & trims suppliers for product development, price negotiation, sample approval process, lab testing procedure, follow up for bulk order for on time delivery and quality assurance as well as 3rd party inspection related procedure.
∎ Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
∎ Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office [excel, work, power point] data entry, workplace chat [Microsoft-teams etc.] and spreadsheets.
∎ Candidate should be young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result, oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Candidate should be good in public dealing, Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure, good time management, good inter personal relationship.
∎ Reporting to Head of the Merchandising department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
∎ Able to bring new business in.
