∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling buyers & buying house independently.
∎ Communication/Correspondence with buyers/buying houses and responding their mails.
∎ Supervising a team of merchandisers.
∎ Sourcing of all raw materials needed for production on time.
∎ Ensuring all the raw materials is available well before PCD.
∎ Coordinating with fabric/accessories suppliers to ensure order as per specifications.
∎ Achievement of KPIs: Units, revenue, margins, % returns, market share etc.
∎ Influence exports plan of the company aligns with strategy of focusing revenues from sales and other identified strategic product categories.
∎ Coordinating with production team on regular basis.
∎ Processing & execution of orders from sampling to dispatch.
∎ TNA follow up
∎ Preparation and verification of Cost reconciliation report after completion of each order.
∎ Shipment performance and reject control.
∎ Submit management reports on accounts performance.
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure on-time shipment and 100% quality approval.
