∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
accessories sourcing, Garments Manufacturing, Garments Textile, Woven Merchandiser
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the ability to handle all development jobs of Merchandising.
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the merchandising activities including marketing, price quoting, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Responsible for proper communication with simultaneously Fabrics Unit and Buyers.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communication with buyers.
∎ Keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
∎ Capable for communicating independently with foreign buyer.
∎ Good Computer literacy in MS Office Package & Mail service.
∎ Mentality to work round the clock.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Capable of leading a large team of technicians and experts.
∎ Analytical ability and decision making skill.
