∎ Age 35 to 42 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production follow up from booking to shipment.
∎ Closely work with Planning Department to follow TNA.
∎ Coordinating with all related departments to ensure smooth production flow of the orders.
∎ Maintain all merchandising communication, including order files, tracking reports, and documentation.
∎ Supervise sample development and ensure timely submissions with approved quality.
∎ Sourcing of trims with required quality as well as ensure timely available at the factory premises.
∎ Prepare, verify and submit cost reconciliation reports after each order.
∎ Analyze shipment performance and take action to meet KPI.
∎ Submit performance reports and updates to management on regular basis.
∎ Any others job assigned by TOP management.
