∎ At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in the Denim Bottom Wear sector.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in market analysis and trend forecasting.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, plan, and execute merchandising strategies that align with our company's goals and market trends.
∎ Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
∎ Manage and oversee the entire product life cycle, from concept to delivery.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong relationships to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
∎ Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new product development.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
∎ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
∎ Ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
