Job Context

Responsible for overall maintenance function of Mechanical Matters. Follow-up of maintenance activities. Assurance of machine performance to ensure companies and customer’s required fulfillment.

Job Location: Joydebpur, Gazipur.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical systems and equipment.

• Coordinate and execute corrective maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical failures.

• Monitor the condition of critical mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, piping systems, Diesel engines, air compressors, and boiler operation and maintenance.

• Ensure that spare parts and tools are available and in good condition to support maintenance activities.

• Lead and manage mechanical maintenance projects, such as overhauls, upgrades, and installations.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, electrical, and instrumentation engineers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Implement best practices in maintenance management and introduce new technologies where applicable.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks and equipment servicing.

• Follow up maintenance and record maintenance on Solar system, online ups and LPS System.

• Performing and monitoring all kinds of electrical testing (IR test, ER test, tomography scan, etc.).

• Should have experience on all types of Electrical Installation, Testing & Commissioning works specially Substation, Generator, Lift, HVAC etc. system.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to the management.
