Food Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to maintain and manage marketing promotion of food products and maintain a dynamic Salesforce for the company
∎ Ability to design and implement the market development interventions (Food & Fruits other agro products)
∎ Ability to generating leads, achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and prepare monitoring reports,
∎ Ability to work as a team with a common objective with a coordination of sales strategy with marketing programs.
∎ Conducting market survey and studies (data processing and analysis of different findings) and prepare reports.
∎ Maintain full database of clients and liaison with all stakeholders (different food related companies & associations, etc.)
∎ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Conducting Business Meetings and Focus Group Discussion with different stakeholders
∎ Trouble shooting of problems/challenges faced by team members (both at Head and Field Offices)
∎ Provide technical support as and when required to Team Members to implement different interventions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent command over English (both speaking and writing)
∎ Must have basic IT Knowledge and skills to operate MS Word, Excel and PPT
∎ The candidate will be stationed at Company's Head Office at Dhaka, but need to travel to project locations.
∎ Must be confident in team management and coordination
∎ Must have excellent inter-personal skills
∎ The candidate should be ready to join from first working day of May 2022
