∎ We are looking for honest, dynamic and energetic sales representative who has experience at food industry sector for meaningful contribution in our company to reach the organization goal.
∎ Sales Representative for Food Product-Business SEBA Foods
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
∎ Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
∎ Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
∎ Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
∎ Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
∎ Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
∎ Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
∎ Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
∎ Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Keeping in contact with existing customers
∎ Making appointment & meeting with new customers.
∎ Achieving sales targets
∎ Promoting new products & any special deal
∎ Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
∎ Recording orders & giving feedback on sales trends
∎ Product availability and visibility target achievement
∎ Visit different area and establishing distribution network in the given area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have 2 years of same position in sales representative in Food Products sales
∎ Should have strong experience in negotiation and communication skills
∎ Should have honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and independent
∎ Should be a good organizer and a good team player
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Computer literacy with office application, e-mail and internet browsing
∎ Good Command in English & Bangla language is needed
∎ Capable to work with under pressure
Salary:
