Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research Market and Competitors' marketing tactics; Maximize growth month to month with marketing budget; Discuss and analyse sales target with the MD; The Marketing Officer oversees the company's marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message; Dedicated, hardworking, experienced in pesticide products marketing in retail market
∎ Need to work with the pesticide dealer and farmers in rural area; Maintain a good relationship with sales team; Prepare and analysis data in field level; Promote product in retail market; Maintain a good relationship with the BADC officers in BADC offices; Updates reporting to management about work in progress and the achievement status; To perform any other job to be by the management as demanded by situation; Create Brand image and market extension.
