Office Hours : 09:00 AM - 6:00 PM (6 Days a Week )

Job Context : We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate must have 1 to 5 years of proven experience in visa consultancy, particularly in handling work permit visas for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. The role involves direct communication with potential clients, converting leads into office visits, and managing their visa application process until successful deployment. Comprehensive training on internal procedures will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate client contact via phone calls or WhatsApp to introduce services and encourage office visits.

• Convert inquiries into office appointments, ensuring proper follow-up and engagement.

• Provide detailed, face-to-face consultations about work permit visa processes for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar.

• Manage the full visa application cycle, including document verification, file processing, and deployment tracking.

• Deliver personalized guidance to clients based on their professional background and preferred destination.

• Ensure regular communication with clients through calls, messages, and emails until the visa process is complete.

• Maintain daily logs and client reports for internal tracking and managerial updates.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
