Experience:

• At least 6 years

• Masters

• Master’s in any discipline from any reputed University with no third division in academic records.

• At least 6 years

• Minimum 6 (six) years’ of working experience in a reputed commercial Bank/Advertisement Agency/MNC/FMCG/Telecom industry in related field.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Excellent skills in MS Office.

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.

• Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.

• Knowing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.

Job Grade: up to AVP

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute branding and marketing strategies to strengthen the Bank’s corporate identity and market positioning.
• Manage all ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities in line with corporate communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for the development and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and customer touch points.
• Plan and oversee corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR communications to reinforce brand visibility.
• Monitor marketing budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer perceptions, and competitive activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management on marketing performance and outcomes
