Overview
Bay Services Ltd. is seeking a strategic, experienced, and client-focused professional to join as a Senior Manager/Coordinator. This role encompasses business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning. You will oversee daily operations, manage service delivery, lead vendor and contract coordination, and drive team performance. A core part of the role also includes client troubleshooting and the training and development of facility teams.
Roles and Responsibility
Business Development & Client Management
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients/projects.
Deliver engaging client presentations and service proposals.
Lead pricing, negotiation, and service agreement finalization.
Drive brand positioning through strategic marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Core Team and Client Support Team (CST) for seamless service and upselling.
Strengthen and maintain client relationships for retention and growth.
Strategic Planning
Lead quarterly and yearly goal setting aligned with long-term vision.
Recommend operational improvements, forecast resources, and align team performance.
Operations & Service Management
Oversee daily operations, enforce SOPs, safety, and compliance.
Supervise multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, and initiate improvements.
Report KPIs, client feedback, and maintain service quality.
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage and renew contracts (security, cleaning, maintenance).
Align with Core Procurement on procurement terms and specifications.
Client Services & Troubleshooting
Resolve urgent client issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure utility continuity, and supervise refurbishments.
Training & Development
Organize team training, performance reviews, and foster growth culture.
Identify team improvement areas with HR collaboration.
Accounts & Budget Oversight
Monitor budgets, reduce debtor aging, and oversee petty cash/payroll.
Approve POs, negotiate vendor terms, and coordinate with Procurement.
Security Leadership & Operations
Lead security teams, ensure compliance, SOP implementation, and readiness.
Conduct risk assessments, manage logistics, and oversee security staff.
Maintain documentation, performance systems, and legal standards.
