Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from any reputed university. BSC in textile engineering will get preferences
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The desired candidate would need to handle the sales & marketing of different count and quality of Woven Fabrics.
∎ Make sales and marketing strategy and execute it.
∎ Prepare the customer database and make sales improvement plan.
∎ Monitoring the sales target.
∎ Assist in negotiating pricing, terms and conditions
∎ Forecast sales volumes and prepare action plan accordingly.
∎ Follow up with customer and ensure on time payment collection.
∎ To act as a leader among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
∎ Play leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Ability to handle and communicate with top management of supplier's and buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) job experience in textile industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven Fabrics.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills (both English & Bangla) are required.
∎ Good command on MS-Office, MS-Excel applications & MS-Power Point presentation.
∎ Report on market progress and individual customer performance.
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned territory.
Salary: Negotiable
