∎ What is expected?
∎ • A natural sales leader with a minimum 8-10 years of experience in Marketing & Sales in the RMG/ Accessories/Spinning/Machineries Supply industries.
∎ • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines. MBA is a plus. Academic qualifications can be relaxed for exceptional candidates
∎ • A good conversationalist with high emotional intelligence
∎ • Self-motivated, exceptionally number-oriented and target-driven
∎ • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
∎ • A people’s person and a good networker
∎ • Adept in making impactful presentation decks with a good design sense
∎ • A good presenter with or without presentation decks
