Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To select dyes & chemical as per Buyer’s swatch & requirement.
∎ Monitor in preparing necessary recipes for lab in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Instruct team members which chemical-dye process be appropriate to create the right color.
∎ Ensure hazard free & eco-friendly textile product by checking MSDS, TDS, SD of all dyes & chemicals used in factory.
∎ Selecting dyes combination according to color fastness, discharge ability, cost, Metamerism, Dyes stock, etc.
∎ Handle daily lab-dips, submission & shade checking from lab to sample & bulk 1st batch.
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
∎ Follow-up on development samples with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to yield higher efficiency.
∎ Planning & implementation of new cost saving production process.
∎ Workout on different audit certification & also chemical management system.
∎ Perform various chemical tests as per requirement & instruction.
∎ Find out root cause against any fail, make corrective & preventive action to save process loss.
∎ Check risk assessment of a product in development stage.
∎ Check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing laboratory performance.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong team player with good leadership quality
∎ Good communication skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Good computing skills including MS Office
∎ Hardworking, Self motivating & able to work under pressure
