Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the face of the bank to establish Corporate team's goal of becoming a preferred corporate banking partner in terms of Transaction Banking to the client in Bangladesh;
∎ Support achievement of BRAC Bank's vision, values, goals, and culture in personal behavior, actions, and decision making;
∎ Work as a team along with corporate RMs, trade operations team, FI, and other stakeholders toward business development goals related to trade business;
∎ Establishing trade relationships with new clients and strengthening existing ones through maximum utilization of trade facility;
∎ Effectively communicate new products and propositions to clients to be the value-adding banking partner regarding the client's import and export business;
∎ Ensure efficient engagement with the client to identify potential opportunities in the client's existing business and escalate these where appropriate to cater to client demand;
∎ Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships;
∎ Work with client implementation services in a timely fashion to ensure an efficient transaction process for complex clients;
∎ Play an advisory role regarding trade transaction solutions to both internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Ensure compliance requirements with BRAC Bank policy and banking rules, regulations, and norms in trade business purview.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in relationship management in the Corporate Banking Division/Trade Operations/Trade Business of a bank;
∎ Proficient in knowledge of banking fundamentals, trade products, and processes;
∎ Proficient in TBML guidelines and Fraud Prevention;
∎ Expert in Relationship Management and Business Communication;
∎ Proficient in MIS management and Product Development;
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
