Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all types of regulations and compliances mentioned in the PSP license
∎ Be always up to date with the latest regulations and compliances issues and implement them in the company
∎ Regular reporting to management as well as to the regulatory bodies
∎ Participate in regulatory audits in regular intervals, align all the cross functional teams regarding the audit findings and mitigate them
∎ Anticipate and minimize risk related to regulatory obligations
∎ Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory risks and obligations
∎ Arranging awareness session with related stakeholders
∎ Draft and/or Vet contracts, legal notice, replies, other notices, processes, trade letters, other letters, regulatory communication, other communications etc. as and when required
∎ Provide legal advice on dispute resolution and employee grievance redress matter
∎ Liaise with external legal counsel as and when required
∎ Litigations management
∎ Make sure the company keeps its activities within the AML/ CFT guideline
