∎ Recursion FinTech Limited is seeking Software Engineers for the Core Transaction Platform Product Development team. Responsible for designing, developing and managing eWallet, Payment Gateway, Payment Switch, Hardware Security Module and Middleware for CBS or Switch; applications and services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the Technical Lead on product development.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to design and enhance product features.
∎ Understanding the existing product, design pattern and architecture to take part in change impact analysis, change management and subsequently develop the changes;
∎ Improve product by implementing changes provided by QA
∎ Enhance the product by implementing payment and service channels.
∎ Follow OWASP Guideline while development.
∎ Perform Code review and Refactoring sprints.
∎ Enthusiasm for Microservices architecture and distributed systems
∎ Learn and handle new technologies and implement your ideas.
∎ Produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
∎ Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
∎ Excellent understanding of OOP.
∎ Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
∎ Write effective APIs
∎ Experience on various encryption algorithms on application layer.
∎ Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable code.
∎ Knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis) is must
∎ SQL database or relational database (MS SQL, Oracle, Db2, PostgreSQL) skills is must
∎ Experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on web application development projects
∎ Proven track record of successfully working in a team-based development environment
∎ Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to effectively conduct root cause analysis.
∎ Ability to understand requirements by reading Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
∎ Capability to visualize Functional Requirement and convert into technical implementation
∎ Self-directed, organized, results-oriented, strong passion for driving creativity and backing changes
∎ Understanding of different types of software security vulnerabilities (OWASP Application Security Risks)
∎ Prior experience in wallet, banking software development experience will be a plus.
∎ Experience with Docker is a plus
∎ Experience designing for Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
