Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information.
∎ Inform customers about our services and promote our services.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Meeting call targets every day and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
∎ Knowledge of CRM systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional skills with Microsoft Office applications & Digital Media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Whatsapp & others)
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
∎ Fluent English and Bengali mandatory.
∎ Good listening and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to lead a team.
