∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Analysis & Requirement management
∎ Coordinate between business and engineering team
∎ Create robust documentation and communication of projects.
∎ Provide analytical support for Finance and systems teams.
∎ Developing both business and technical solutions for business problems
∎ Engage with customers, product end-users, product managers, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows
∎ Translate business requirements into technical requirements used for driving improvements, enhancements and/or creations of new applications
∎ Review, prioritize, comment and follow-up on product defects
∎ Create presentations & demos to help train internal teams on new functionality
∎ Work closely with development/test/regulatory/product/business teams in an agile/waterfall environment to refine and support the development, testing and release of functionality
∎ Some level of Project Management activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
∎ Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen to interact with many different departments and decision makers within the organization
∎ Experience of the full Project life cycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
∎ Superior problem-solving through applying analytical and critical thinking skills
∎ Experience in digital or mobile solutions would be advantageous as well as experience in Financial Services
∎ Excellent business communication & negotiation skill in English
∎ Must possess Excellent Soft Skills and People Skills
