Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain quality SOP and responsible for quality and technical related issues arising in production and timely solutions to ensure on time delivery and zero quality claims.
∎ Review audit findings daily and find remedial actions and ensure shipments by maintaining required quality parameters of the customer.
∎ Review daily issues occurring at the factory and work with the QA team to find quick solutions and give required guidance.
∎ Conduct PP meetings with relevant persons and identify areas of improvement and provide required guidance to the QA team.
∎ Monitoring QA and QC performance monthly and report to GM-Quality.
∎ Go through technical risk assessments and educate QA team on actions to be taken in production to avoid any issues for bulk production.
∎ Work with the Quality GM to provide required training to QA team to update and enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities.
∎ Maintain the QA manual, QA report, QA format of the company.
∎ Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
