∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (BUTEX or Any Reputed Textile Colleges/ University); B. Tech./ M. Tech in Textile/ Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to ensure all quality parameters as per buyers requirement.
∎ Analyze daily inspection report to identify source of quality problem & take necessary steps to reduce micro lebel fabrics problems in terms of quality.
∎ Follow up fabric inspection system, Shade & fabric test report analysis.
∎ Make sure that production process meet international standards.
∎ Maintain quality procedure with operating staff and monitor closely .
∎ Provide shade approval for bulk fabric production.
∎ Involvement in sample development & take care of quality aspects of sample.fabric
∎ The person should be capable to lead a quality team and able to run with good leadership.
∎ Maintain the QA manual, QA report, QA format of the company.
∎ Handle all the QC issues instantly and make report to quality Head time to time.
∎ Maintain record of all QC issues for ready reference.
∎ Over view of knitting ,Dyeing, Finishing & AOP(Yarn Count, Stitch length, Fabric construction, Shade Checking , Control Fabric GSM , Shrinkage ,twisting which will be the heating setting Parameter, Enzyme wash on basis of RnD.
∎ Monitoring in own testing laboratory and ensuring all kinds of testing procedure.
∎ Route cause analysis for quality defect on knitting, dyeing & AOP production.
∎ Should know AOP requirements(Pigment, reactive ,discharge& glitter AOP)
∎ Inline inspection findings to be addressed with respective Production, RND& QA team to get the corrective actions properly.
∎ Need to organize the factory AOP production by supporting the standard QA policy of the company to make standard policy for achieving the better QA result.
∎ Need to arrange effective training session for the team members on regular basis.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
