Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in B.sc Engineer Mechanical or Electrical.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Supervision, Maintenance, Health Safety and Environment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Typically he will monitor cookware production department.
∎ Developing production schedule and duty assignments with control and implementation.
∎ Supervising and monitoring to production related subordinate to full fill production target.
∎ Manage human and materials resources to meet production target.
∎ Set and manage production budget.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, sales & marketing, distribution and management.
∎ Conduct employee performance reviews.
∎ Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
∎ Ensure a clean and safety working environment, compliance with health and safety legislation for personnel safety.
∎ Develop new ways to use resources (Human, Material, Capital etc).
∎ Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
