∎ The candidate must be technically high-sounding in all kinds of product development work and self-driven.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate shall be responsible for establishing, run & lead our product development section with the highest level of efficiency and dedication.
∎ The candidate shall ensure that all the team members of the product development section perform their duties and responsibilities as per their JD & management-approved work plan.
∎ The candidate shall work to maintain necessary coordination & cooperation with all stakeholders.
∎ The candidate has to collect and preserve required data/ info, do different kinds of analysis, and use the data/ info to perform product development work efficiently.
∎ The candidate shall ensure proper execution of product development related to all technical work as per Management Guidelines, Industry/ Business trends & Buyer's requirements.
∎ To develop new plans/ ideas whenever current plans/ ideas do not work well.
∎ To meet the deadline (if any) set by Management/ Buyers.
∎ Ensure transparency, accountability, and proper documentation in the Product Development Section.
∎ Report to Management properly on the basis of KPI & proceed further as per Management guidelines.
∎ Individuals need to be up to date with the latest practices & innovations.
∎ To perform any other task(s) as and when assigned by Management.
