Responsibilities & Context:
Under overall supervision and control of Head of Administration & General Services the Senior Manager (Procurement) will perform the following duties:
To manage the entire process of procurement.
To invite RFQ, proposal, tender from bidders (OTM and LTM).
To open LC for materials to be purchased from abroad.
To negotiate with contractor, supplier and vendors.
To receive materials and maintain ledger.
To prepare material Indent, PP, GPR, GRN, GDM etc work.
To prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory report.
To prepare monthly and yearly procurement plan.
To build strong relationship with stakeholders, authorities and regulatory authorities.
To do any other works of RDRS Bangladesh assigned by his line manager.
