Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS), preferably with Masters in Public Health (MPH

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position for Strengthening National Midwifery Program (SNMP). Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract Type: Contractual up to December 2020
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (including 50% field travel)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of Program Management working experience, including 3 years in management position.
∎ Demonstrable experience in partnership program with Government, UN agency, development partners
∎ Sound understanding of health systems, national health strategies/programs and priorities
∎ Advanced knowledge on public health programming, specifically in areas of SRMNH
∎ Working experience on community mobilization related to SRMNH program will be an advantage.
∎ Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with national/divisional/district health and family welfare and local government representatives, UN agencies and development partners.
∎ Skills on managing a large team
∎ Adequate skills on reporting, documentation and presentation in English.
∎ Ability to use standard office computer software, e.g. MS-Office
