Educational Requirements:
∎ • BBA and/or Masters degree in any discipline
∎ • B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university.
∎ • Educational requirement may be leniently seen for candidates who have based merchandising experience on Woven garments as well as wash.
∎ • Skills Required: Merchandising, knowledge about fabric

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Handling Buyer and Buying house, Merchandising, Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Capability to handle (Order procurement to shipment) a team for 20 production line.
∎ • Follow up the activities of team members, controlling & guiding the people to enhance the ability of workers output.
∎ • Negotiate with buyers, participate in bidding process and obtain order confirmation in terms of price, costing, quality and lead-time.
∎ • Prepare Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS), BOM sheet and Time & Action Plan (T&A) to make framework of operational merchandising activities in order to meet the customer deadline by fulfilling their requirement.
∎ • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by visiting buyers, attending buyer's meeting, introducing promotional activities and meeting customer need through close follow up with them.
∎ • Ensure product development & cost efficiencies by establishing close & spontaneous relationship with COO, Production team, IE, and Planning.
∎ • Coordinate with Planning & IE department ensuring the alignment of customer order with Production Planning, Capacity Checking-Reservation -Confirmation.
∎ • Arrange all kinds of required fabrics, accessories & yearns both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
∎ • Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
∎ • Source, negotiate for raw materials and deliver the right products at the right price on time.
∎ • Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ • Make internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
∎ • Follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipments in time and update buyers.
∎ • Ensuring Fabrics & accessories are in factory at right quantity & quality.
∎ • Any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Should have considerable knowledge on different techniques of wash, print & embroidery;
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate with buyers and suppliers via e-mails independently;
∎ • Expertise on Microsoft office applications with excellent PC knowledge;
∎ • Applicant should be self -motivated & honest;
Salary: Negotiable
