Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 07 years' relevant experience including 03 years in senior management position.
∎ Proven ability to set indicators and develop monitoring and evaluation plan, reporting and recording formats, Research and Evaluation Design.
∎ Ensure need based capacity development supports (such as: training, orientation etc.) to the program and partners' staff
∎ Provide continuous technical assistance and guidance to the partner NGOs in order to ensure effective implementation of the M&E system and plan.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill both in Bangla & English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, including SPSS, LQAS, formative research
∎ Knowledge and experience in IRB approved studies and behavioural change strategies a plus.
