∎ Candidates with B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be preferable

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting QA departmental objectives and ensuring that targets/KPI are achieved.
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction,
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by reviewing relevant production data.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ To conduct a Pre-production meeting.
∎ Review the In-line inspection report.
∎ Follow up Pre- Final and final inspection.
∎ Develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Review the DHU report and take action accordingly.
∎ Lead all quality staff and GPQ.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Implementing & following quality policy & objective.
∎ Managing and monitoring all quality issues relating to respective operations. Ensuring that safety procedures.
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
