Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Entry into ERP-Logic & Tally
∎ Bank vouchers and bills checking & Bank Reconciliation
∎ Recovering of all kind of C&F, Transport and commercial related bills into ERP
∎ Preparation of Vat return, Tax return and necessary calculation and prepare monthly accounts
∎ Preparation of Export Documents, submission to Bank
∎ Keep record/maintain factory data, submit request to factoring company and follow up realization.
∎ Keep Liaison with Bank, forwarding and factoring company
∎ Any task assigned by the management
∎ Entry into ERP-Logic & Tally
