∎ This role will act as a link between the company and the regulatory authorities, ensuring that the services that are being rendered to our clients follow appropriate compliance rules. S/he ensure that business operations meet compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report directly to the Managing Director & CEO regarding all matters related to Internal Control & Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs.
∎ Accountable for implementation and upholding all areas of compliance and regulatory guidelines in business operations.
∎ Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies such as BSEC, DSE and CSE and adhere to their requirements to maintain a compliant business operation throughout the company.
∎ Work as an internal advocate for relevant policy implementation, review, change and offering advice as and when necessary.
∎ Work as the CAMLCO for the company and carry out all related responsibilities for the role.
∎ Report to Management regarding matters of internal control and compliance.
