  • Candidates must possess strong expertise in business leadership, operational management, regulatory compliance, and organizational governance, along with experience at least serving as Senior Executive Vice President or in an equivalent senior executive position demonstrating leadership maturity and strategic decision-making capability.

  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, corporate governance, and strategic business management.

  • Demonstrated success in leadership, change management, and business development.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
