Experience:

• Part-Qualified CA (candidates who have cleared significant portions of CA exams).

• Candidates must have completed articleship/training from a renowned Chartered Accountancy firm.

• Senior Manager: Minimum 5 years of post-course completion experience in audit and assurance.

• Manager: Minimum 3 years of post-course completion experience in audit and assurance.

• Proven track record in managing statutory audits, internal audits, financial due diligence, and advisory assignments.

• Experience working with multinational clients, banks, NBFIs, NGOs, or Fortune 500 companies will be given preference.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in audit software, MS Office Suite, and accounting packages (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Ability to lead and mentor audit teams across multiple client engagements.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and other relevant Bangladeshi rules and regulations (Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT & SD Act, etc.

Job Location Dhaka (Head Office and client sites as per assignment requirements)

• Plan, execute, and supervise audit and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Lead audit teams deployed to various client sites and ensure timely delivery of quality audit reports.

• Review financial statements, internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management systems.

• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members and articled students.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.

• Coordinate with partners and directors on complex audit matters and advisory projects.

• Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements.
