Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have LLB and LLM degree from any reputed University (preferably public university).
∎ Candidate must possess a minimum CGPA of 3 (out of 4) at both graduation and post-graduation level and minimum CGPA of 4 (out of 5) at S.S.C and H.S.C levels

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and reviewed of legal drafts such as letter, MoU and agreement as per company requirement to ensure and protect organization's legal interest;
∎ Resolving various legal issues raised by the different department of the organization;
∎ Any task assigned by the management time to time;
∎ Required knowledge for Company Law, Contract, Criminal Law and Land Law;
∎ Competent to scrutiny all types of land documents to ascertain the chain of ownership including assessing porcha /land record documentation and prepare deeds, agreements, undertaking, contract etc., and to be sure the property is being used appropriately;
∎ Being able to liaise and deal with Rajuk/Local administration/ Environment Office/ Govt. Office/ Ministry/DC/ADC Office/AC Land and Sub-Registry office/Semi Govt. Office/Forest dept. and private organizations.
∎ Having leadership quality and excellent convincing ability;
∎ Responsible for management of large numbers of team member and maintain relationship with the concern stack holder within the bank;
∎ Providing all types of legal support and legal awareness training and legal opinion to the organization regarding land management;
∎ Visiting field activities on regular basis for review our external lawyers and Bank Regional Legal Officer and advice management accordingly;
∎ Ensuring compliance with Bank Product Policy Guideline and reference memo.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 Years of experience in a well reputed company.
∎ Excellent written drafting/oral communication skills (both in English and Bangla) with sound knowledge in MS office package are essential.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload to maintain healthy and professional relationship within the cross functional department.
