Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is a leading national development organization in Bangladesh working for the poor and underprivileged communities across the country with special focus on north-west Bangladesh. RDRS Established in 1972 as the field program of Lutheran World Federation, Geneva, RDRS became a national development organization in 1997 under the Trust Act.
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is inviting application from the deserving candidates for the position of Senior Manager (HR) for its Human Resources Management department. The position is based at RDRS Head Office in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for providing support to the Management to take necessary disciplinary actions as and when required.
∎ Established guidelines and procedures and administer/ interpret the provisions of the HR Manual of the organization.
∎ Will be responsible for the performance appraisal of all HRM unit staff.
∎ Will be responsible for assisting Head of HR for total management of the Human Resources Management functions.
∎ Will advise different staff of the organization regarding HR rules and procedures, as and when required.
∎ Will maintain liaison with the concerned Senior Management staff and the supervisors regarding staff related actions.
∎ Will undertake periodical tours to all field sites for better coordination of the overall Human Resources functions especially in disciplinary issues.
∎ Will be responsible for implementing organization’s different policies to all intents and purposes.
∎ Will be responsible for supporting the staff by setting examples of standards and practices, within the framework of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the staff, as established by the organization.
∎ Will be responsible for performing any other task(s), as assigned from time to time.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 64200 (Monthly)
