Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee finance operations of the company
∎ Liquidity (Fund) management of the company
∎ Perform Accounting and reporting as per regulation
∎ Establish internal control mechanism as per the financial and regulatory policy
∎ Collecting, interpreting and integrating various financial reports. Reconciliation report based on each partner of the eco system.
∎ Ensure accounting of financial information based on these reports
∎ Predicting future financial trends
∎ Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
∎ Designing and producing other financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
∎ Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
∎ Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
∎ Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors
