Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of financial reports - Receipts and Payments, Statement of Income and Expenditure and Cash Flow Statement etc.
∎ Ensure that all financial policies, procedures, systems, and plans are in place in assigned project offices;
∎ Prepare project annual and multi-year Budget in collaboration with the project managers and project finance officers:
∎ Project expenditures are incurred as per the approved budget and as per RDRS policy and procedure and also the guidelines as per the project agreement (keeping close monitoring and checking with the project finance offices)
∎ Preparation and supervising of budget variation analysis - monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/ yearly;
∎ Budget and budgetary control system, internal control and check system;
∎ Preparation of Statement of VAT and Tax - monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/ yearly;
∎ Facilitate the auditors (internal and external) with financial and relevant information of different projects and sub-recipients;
∎ Support the financial management function of the Projects Finance Offices;
∎ Preparation of Fund Requisition;
∎ Visit different Projects in monitor the record-keeping in the field accounts offices time to time;
∎ Facilitate the visitors/donors at their visit to Field for progress monitoring;
∎ New Project Software Implementation & update
∎ Ensure the financial data posting in the software on time-to-time update;
∎ Proficiency of developing budget for new proposal, develop donor financial reports, to assist FD6/FD7 budget preparation and facilitating audit.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the supervisor that are relevant to the job and related to RDRS Bangladesh objectives;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5 years or more working experience in Accounts and Financial Management.
∎ Should have strong skill in accounting, budget preparation, monitoring and financial analysis,
∎ Skills in preparation of budget and financial statement;
∎ hands-on experience in donor reporting, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure within deadlines;
∎ Good communications skills over English and Bangla
∎ Experience in accounting software (ACCPAC) and application program MS Office
∎ Good interpersonal skills and relationships and
∎ interactive communication with supervisor & other colleagues;
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred
∎ Willing to travel extensively within the RDRS operational areas and
∎ beyond.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 69000 - 78000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiated depending on staff experience and qualification.
