∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance and Accounts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounts
∎ Skills Required: Analytical skills, Leadership skills, Problemsolving

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance Accounts Dept along with CA degree

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partnering with respective Country Heads to provide financial perspective to business decisions
∎ Preparing of budget, rolling forecast, reporting of actual against budget and variance analysis
∎ Statutory reporting and management of audits
∎ Managing operational accounting activities like accounts payable; accounts receivable; expenses etc.
∎ Managing local compliance and Governance
∎ Managing business and cash flow
∎ Managing financial discipline in the company and ensuring that all of the company's financial practices are in-line with statutory regulations, internal policies & SOPs
∎ Exploring ways of improving profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Proficiency in English and Computer Literacy with Microsoft Office Application, especially MS Excel
