Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Bachelor's degree in CS/CSE/ECE/ETE or similar subject from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Core Systems Team to ensure target uptime and system availability for all banking systems and hardware as per business requirement;
∎ Manage and maintain a multiplatform RISC/Intel based server infrastructure running on diverse operating systems, Storage and SAN systems, hardware load balancers, virtualization platform and network and transactional Host Security Modules (HSM);
∎ Maintain high availability of all the core systems;
∎ Organize and practice business continuity plan and Disaster Recovery process of the bank for all the hardware, services and systems under Core Systems Operation;
∎ Own overall operation and function of Core System of the organization;
∎ Plan Core System management function through proper resources considering technology and business roadmap of the organization;
∎ Manage vendors and partners to ensure organizational goal;
∎ Maintain all Core System hardware, devices, systems and software as per organization policy and adopt to changes in policy and practices as required;
∎ Ensure best and standard practices in all Core System hardware, devices, systems and software to maintain a secured and compliant environment for the Bank;
∎ Prepare budget and manage procurement life cycle as per the roadmap for Core System hardware, devices, systems and software;
∎ Ensure Bank's adaption to new technologies and systems as per global, national and organizational policy to ensure cost efficiency and better service to internal and external customers;
∎ Plan and design upcoming solutions to meet the present and upcoming requirement of the organization ensuring scalability, cost and operational efficiency and system security;
∎ Analyze usage and performance of the existing systems and perform necessary changes and requirement analysis to predict future change requirement and take necessary action;
∎ Manage, build and improve human resource of the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of work experience in relevant field in large system environment;
∎ OEM certifications on system administration management is preferable from IBM, Oracle, Redhat, Microsoft, F5, NetApp, EMC and/or similar organizations;
∎ Experienced in working in mixed OEM infrastructure;
∎ Proactive, passionate and go getter attitude;
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
