Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ BBA or MBA for a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategy for Business Development and set target as per the company's annual business plan
∎ Oversee and meet merchant acquisition target
∎ Maintain daily merchant operations
∎ Develop partnership with banks, utility providers, government entities and other potential segments
∎ Ensure product presence in various corporate and industrial segments
∎ Oversee the day to day management of the business development team
∎ Develop end to end process for each activity and align all the stakeholders
∎ Gather market intelligence and act accordingly to grab healthy market share
∎ Devise strategies for acquiring partners, driving sales growth across the business
∎ Set targets for new business development for the business development team
∎ Work closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts
∎ Work with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams
∎ Make sure all acquisition and business development activities are within compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Experience of MFS industry will get preference
∎ Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
∎ Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams.
∎ Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed.
