Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Anthropology, Sociology, Communications, Media studies, Development Studies, Demography or any discipline from any reputed educational institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead team for smooth operation and reinforce BRAC programmes applying human centric design (HCD) principles to improve quality of services/ product/communications incorporating user experience, research and behavioural insights from the ground.
∎ Provide a strategic view with clients/user experience and human behavioural insights in designing services, communication and interventions to transform BRAC into an evidence based knowledge organisation.
∎ Ensure systematic application of HCD and behavioural insights in designing interventions, services, communication and products through engaging programmes in field research, ideation, creation, prototyping, nudging and implementation.
∎ Coordinate team and involved programmes to create evidence with proper documentation and promote Knowledge Products of behavioural insight experiments/interventions with wider audiences and stakeholders for replications.
∎ Conduct baseline/ endline study, survey, pulse check, ethnographic study, action research and experimental research related to different projects/campaigns to fulfil programmatic and organisational needs.
∎ Promote effective use of behavioural insight methods and tools through systematic communication, consultation, orientation and collaboration with BRAC programmes.
∎ Manages staff, budget, resources and administration related to team operation and maintains working liaison with connected departments i.e. HRD, procurement, finance including programmes and other BRAC entities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 7 years working experience in the field of development particularly related to behavioural insights projects; having proven track record on IEC/ BCC material Development, social communication
