∎ Excellent spoken Chittogonian or Rohingyan, desirable
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ With the support from Technical Coordinator (WASH), the incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of new WASH facilities like Latrine, Bathing Cubicle, FSTP, STS construction and strategic programming priorities as defined by the WV Bangladesh Refugee Crisis Response (BRCR) Program.Program Implementation:
∎ Responsible for Preparing DIP, Monitoring tools, External and internal reporting.
∎ Should be experienced in dealing with community people, different types of stakeholder.
∎ Conducting FGD, KII Responsible for construction WASH facility like Latrine, Bathing Cubicle, FSTP, STS etc.
∎ Ensuring quality construction materials as well as the quality of the construction.
∎ Daily follow up the ongoing construction work. Also maintain Labor mason.
∎ Develop details operation and maintenance plan for different WASH facilities including but not limited to water distribution network, solid waste management sites and FSMs
∎ Tracking the PRs raised by program team and strong follow-up with SCM
∎ Ensure 100% functionality of WASH facilities in the assigned project catchment
∎ Ensure the careful use, regular servicing and appropriate replacement of all equipment for the assigned project
∎ Support Technical Coordinator (WASH) in the implementation /rehabilitation of different types of WASH facilities including review the design, drawing, BoQ etc. Partnership and Coordination:
∎ Ensure close liaison & consultation with Communities leaders, Imam, Majhi during implementation of the WASH services.
∎ Prepare monitoring reports and support to Technical Coordinators to oversee monitoring at the field level.
