Education:
∎ Master's Degree in Engineering / Natural Science / Physical Science / Agriculture or closely related disciplines.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Program, research, analysis and knowledge management experience on CCA/DRR projects.
∎ Prior experience in consulting, research and analysis, knowledge management, and data collection tool development.
∎ Proven track record of using creative, "outside the box," and strong analytical skills to solve problems.
∎ Thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful workplace and can manage several priorities.
∎ Sound in collecting qualitative data to generate knowledge.
∎ Experience working in southwest Bangladesh would be an asset.
∎ Publish relevant articles in peer-reviewed Journals/ Newspapers/Blogs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implementing knowledge management strategies and processes ensures efficient knowledge sharing and utilization across the organization.
∎ Designing and maintaining a centralized knowledge base or repository, using knowledge management tools and systems to organize and categorize information effectively.
∎ Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, training programs, and workshops.
∎ Serving as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking assistance with knowledge related inquiries and information retrieval.
∎ Staying updated with best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management, continuously refining knowledge management strategies and approaches.
∎ Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Responsive and good personnel skill.
∎ Pro-active and gender sensitive.
∎ Good in operating MS Office, internet, etc.
