Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Search for new entrepreneur (NobinUdyokta)
∎ Conduct social business workshops.
∎ Motivate unemployed young to develop as an entrepreneur for social business.
∎ Develop and evaluate social business project proposal for entrepreneur.
∎ Monitor implemented social business new entrepreneur (NobinUdyokta) projects.
∎ Check the utilization of investment and send the utilization report accordingly.
∎ Monitor SMS status of the unit.
∎ Recommend for investment.
∎ Ensure collection of Investment.
∎ Liaise with Head office.
∎ Meet monthly target for social business development.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Assistant Officer Grade 1 Tk.16, 000(Monthly) during the probation period (Six Months).
∎ After successfully completion of probation period Tk.20,000.
∎ Salary Range
