Responsibilities & Context:
∎ অভিজ্ঞতা: ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন কর্মসূচির কৌশলগত পরিকল্পনা তৈরী ও বাস্তবায়ন, উদ্ভাবনী ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন প্রোডাক্ট তৈরী, ঝুঁকি নির্নয় ও নিরসনের কৌশল, বৃহৎ পরিসরে কর্মী পরিচালনা ও নেতৃত্বে দক্ষতা। Data Analysis, Ratio Analysis, সর্বোপরি ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন কর্মসূচির বিশ্লেষণ দক্ষতা আবশ্যক। ইংরেজীতে বলা ও লেখায় দক্ষতাসম্পন্ন। ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন কার্যক্রমে উচ্চ পর্যায়ে ১০ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ বয়স: সর্বোচ্চ ৫০ বছর (যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স শিথিলযোগ্য)।
∎ শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: স্নাতকোত্তর।
