Responsibilities & Context:
∎ General and critical patient management and specific treatment in emergency department, regular hospital service and referring difficult patient to MO on duty.
∎ Primary screening and listing of all type or patients, and post-operative nursing care in ward and also helping the dressing of surgical patients.
∎ Assisting in surgical procedures in emergency department, regular surgery and during camps to all the foreign and local doctors.
∎ Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
∎ Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
∎ Conduct the ECG and other services as and when necessary.
∎ Any work assigned as per advice of higher authority.
∎ Maintain & monitor infection prevention procedures as per protocol.
∎ Maintenance of emergency department, OT instruments, equipment, and medicine.
∎ Maintenance of other logistics during camps.
∎ Doing roster duties at emergency department & ward.
∎ Need to show empathy to the patient.
∎ Need to explain all the procedure and treatment to the patient.
∎ Don’t make the waiting time long.
∎ The own service area will be his or her own responsibility, everything related to this room will be his or her own duty and accountability to be fulfilled.
∎ Diploma Course in Paramedic from Govt. approved Institution.
∎ At least 01 year of experience in providing health care.
∎ Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
∎ He/She should be living in the Upazila level.
∎ Acceptable to the people, who will listen and go to him/her.
∎ The capability of inter personal communication and willing to door-to-door visit in the community.
∎ He/ She should pleasing personality and respectable to the community.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Management:
