∎ At least 5 years’ experience in Youth development, skills and employment programming in the complex situation preferably in the NGO context of Cox’s bazar. Experience preferred in the USAID funded project and good knowledge on compliance issues.
∎ Demonstrated capacity in project management with conceptual understanding

∎ Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali·
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and administer project following organizational policies and guidelines.
∎ Conduct regular visits to project sites, as possible, to provide technical assistance and ensure proper implementation and monitoring of project activities.
∎ Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual donor reports through both formal and informal debriefings and written inputs
∎ Maintain active and cooperative relationships with all key stakeholders, including government officials, project partners, other implementing agencies, and related institutions.
∎ Support project staff by creating and maintaining a work environment that promotes teamwork, trust, and mutual respect, and empowers staff to take responsibility.
∎ Planning and guiding field staff for implementation of business skill training, leadership, civic engagement and conflict resolution.
∎ Provide technical support to implement the youth skill and Livelihood Training Activities, youth business development, engage youth for accessing Capital and placement for youth employment.
∎ Facilitate to sustain Youth Development Center (YDC) engaging youth, community peoples and Department of Youth Development to improve conflict situation in the host community.
∎ Support the team to conduct Social Audits, Protection Monitoring, and Gender mainstreaming.
∎ Experience of working in Social Cohesion, Local Justice Strengthening Projects will be an asset.
