Candidate must have work experience in a technical training institute/college/school/industry/organization as a manager/officer/instructor.
The candidate experienced in work with administration and CBT level-4 certified candidates will be given privileges
Minimum 5 years of experience in training management/training curriculum/course development
Experience on training curriculum/ Course development
Experience in liaising with govt. officials
Communication, organizational and presentation skills
Quick decision-making while under pressure
Leadership skills and the ability to nurture leadership in others
Skillful at delegating management duties and focusing more time on improving and supervising instruction, as well as identifying and improving areas of weakness
Ability to conduct research, write reports and use the information to foster institution improvements
Ability to identify new training resources and materials
Maintain and develop interrelationships with instructors, officials, and stakeholders as well as RDRS management.
Need proficiency skill in Computer software as MS Office
Report preparation in Bengali and English
Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel extensively within the RDRS operational area and beyond.
Need to ride motorbike with valid license
Summary of Position
As a mid-level position, who will perform program implementation through supervision. S/he will carry out the following responsibility under the direct supervision of the project manager-social enterprise.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Formulate a standard action plan of the trade-based curriculum in accordance with NSDA and set learning goals and benchmarks for instructors and trainees.
Activity monitoring, supervision, and guiding/support to instructors.
Evaluating instructors and other staff in order to meet the outcomes and standards.
Identifying weak areas of RDRS TTI as well as instructors and other individuals and taking initiative for productive growth.
Taking part in obtaining optimal targeted quantity and quality.
Overseeing budgeting and logistics operations.
Handling emergencies and crises of RDRS TTI.
Maintaining harmonious relationships with staff and beneficiaries.
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment in the workplace.
Effective communicating with RDRS management, e.g., sharing the progress, any difficulties, any scarcity, etc.
Ensuring all administrative applications and bill vouchers to RDRS for smooth operation.
Preserve and maintain data, information, and records for types of report preparation and submission as needed following the timeline and standards.
