Experience:
Masters in Agricultural Economics/Business Administration/Marketing/Economics (preferable) or relevant subject.
At least 03 years relevant experience particularly in public private partnerships, cooperatives, and the establishment and operation of businesses through active engagement of Community‑Based Organizations (CBOs), agricultural service delivery and agribusiness promotional & center management tasks.
Team management and team building capacity
Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
Support to manage & operate the Agricultural Business Service Center (ABSC)
Support to the Agri producers/farmers for the possible value chain, establishment of marketing system and BNF’s production functions of Group Income Generating Activities (GIGA) & Individual Income Generating Activities (IIGA).
Coordinate with the markets, input-output actors, Aggregation Centers, supply chain and market linkage for the ABSC and farmers.
Coordination with the ABSC committee, organization, donor and respective service providers for the business planning and strategy.
Link with potential service providers, agricultural service providers, input/output market actors and stakeholders and develop plans for and initiate institutional contacts and linkages. Maintain communication and follow up of Aggregation Centers and transaction of Fresh Food in the Rohingya Camp Fresh Food Corner as per need and coordination from donor.
Identify potential business & market promotional service providers, input/output market actors, project partners and stakeholders holders
Support to build ABSC Committee members capacity and mobilize them to function the ABSC, communication, documentation and sustainability.
Assist the ABSC committee for the preparation and visible different field visit from donor, government
Support to organize different meetings, workshop, day-observance at ABSC and Project office.
Necessary & effective coordination with Aggregation Centers, Market Actors, respective GOB, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and follow up for all the relevant reporting and submit to the supervisor along with the focal person of respective donor within time frame following the format or guideline.
Assist to apply the M&E Framework of the project to support monitoring of the project performance at all levels following results framework and accurate reporting through ODK and standardized reporting format.
Monitor risk triggers and maintain updated incident, CFM and lessons learned registers and inform supervisor and respective donor focal accordingly.
Assist to conduct and facilitate for different assessments, surveys, workshops, days observations, inception meeting, coordination meetings at Union, Upazila or District level.
Attend the progress sharing meeting from organization, project and donor, Upazila/district level respective coordination meetings, departmental meeting, sectors/cluster meeting and other networking meetings.
Prepare project reports ensuring data quality and proper documentation e.g. event reports, any transaction report, sector reports, Government reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, completion reports etc.
Follow the project and organizational objective, goal, mission, vision, polices and strategy.
