∎ Masters/ MBA in HRM from a reputed University.
∎ PGDHRM will add value for the applicant.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy/ goal.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Assist Management in taking different HR initiates for Organizational Development of the company.
∎ Lead and conduct different Management development Programs. And also HR related trainings including developing of skill and competencies of Managers.
∎ Nurture and help creating a positive working environment.
∎ Manage, lead and implement latest recruitment tactics / modules in selecting the best professionals for the company.
∎ Lead objectivity based (MBO / KPI) performance appraisal system in the company that drives high performance and identifies excellent and poor performers and promote proper recognition systems accordingly. Determine KPI of Managers of different departments and monitor the same.
∎ Capable of preparing HR budgeting.
∎ Capable of nurturing and develop Managers' capability to be competitive always.
∎ Prepare Succession plans for the potential Managers.
∎ Maintain comprehensive and updated pay plan / pay structure and benefits program as agreed by management in line with competitor companies.
∎ Assist in ensuring legal compliance in the company.
∎ Be aware of all the latest HR practices and have the capability to implement those.
∎ Have good HR networking and contacts with Leading HR professionals.
∎ Expert in file / documentation Management and capable of handling and use HRIS
∎ Ability in leading an HR team comprising experienced and HR professionals.
∎ Any other matters related to HR issues as assigned to him from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 (+) years' experience of working in Human Resources Management profession and minimum 3 years' experience in similar field as Unit Head of HR;
∎ Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management/ Development, Industrial/ Employee Relation, legal framework and other relevant issues;
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill;
∎ Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and HR development;
∎ Hands on experience in working knowledge of ERP, data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practice;
∎ Aptitude to decision making and problem solving ability;
∎ Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
